Rules of conduct & Engagement terms

1. Strict confidentiality.
   During each assignment we communicate on a “need to know” basis. After completion of the assignment we will not seek publicity. We’d rather leave that to our satisfied customers.
2. Pre-agreed project execution.
   All steps we take in a project are pre-agreed with our customer. You will not be unpleasantly surprised by our actions taken and hours spent. Close co-ordination of project steps with our customer are key.
3. We work on a mandated basis only and our fees are pre-agreed. As each assignment is different, we have a flexible approach towards fees. Our fees include hourly or project milestones compensation and a success fee.
